Already have a venue or some suppliers booked? Tell us what is in place. We can quote for the remaining planning work, or you can book wedding flowers only. Elopements, intimate weddings and larger celebrations each need a different brief.

A written plan for what is included.
Your proposal identifies planning work, floral design, supplier services and any venue or government fees separately. Dates, vendor availability, final flower choices and prices are confirmed before a booking is accepted.
Can Destination Florals plan the whole wedding?
Yes. Our wedding planner can coordinate the wider celebration while Patsy leads floral design. We agree the exact scope and responsibilities in your proposal.
Can we book only the flowers?
Yes. Wedding flowers are available as a separate service, even if you already have a planner, venue or hotel package.
Can you help plan an elopement in Barbados?
Tell us your date, location ideas and whether you need ceremony support, witnesses, photography or other services. We will confirm what can be arranged and quoted for your circumstances.
Are vendor and government costs included?
Only when they are expressly included in your written quote. We identify supplier, venue and government charges rather than treating them as part of a floral price.
